It may sound like a cost-effective option to try yourself if you have an interest in plumbing, but every boiler installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer by law. Installation is much harder than it may look, and you can put your home at risk by attempting to install it yourself.

On the day of your boiler installation, you just need to be able to grant our engineer access to your property. Please clear around the area that you’d like the boiler to be installed in advance, as this will mean our engineer can get started on the installation quicker.
Our engineer is more than happy to discuss the installation with you on the day, too. We can also answer any questions that you may have.
Ideally, the best place to have your boiler installed is in the same place as the last one. Whilst most boilers are installed in the house, you can have one installed in a garage or outhouse, though most homeowners opt to install theirs in a walk-in cupboard, utility room or kitchen.
When we provide you with our free quote, we can discuss with you where you’d like to place the boiler.
It can take a day or two to complete a boiler installation, depending on the nature of that particular job. We can give you a more accurate estimation when we see your home and know exactly where we’re installing it.
