GREENSTAR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint about our company we want to hear about it and we will do our best to put it right.

Our customer complaint procedure has the following goals:
  • To deal with complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively
  • To ensure that all complaints are handled in a consistent manner throughout
  • To increase customer satisfaction
  • To use complaints constructively in the planning and improvement of all our services

HOW TO COMPLAIN

Greenstar would like to sort out any complaint as quickly as possible. Most complaints can be resolved informally. In the first instance contact us by phone or in writing by email or letter.

We take complaints very seriously and the matter will be investigated and you will receive a swift response with a suggestion to resolve the matter.

  • DBS – All our engineers are fully vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service 
  • Qualifications – All our engineers are fully qualified and experienced in their trades
  • Uniforms – All our engineers wear smart, clean branded uniforms 
  • Vehicles – All our engineers will arrive at your property in a recognisable Greenstar vehicle 
  • Insurance – All our engineers carry public liability insurance by law to comply with regulations
  • Driving licence – All our engineers have their driving records checked with DVLA and are fully insured
  • Products - We only use the best products on the market  from manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch, Glow-worm and Renoline.

GREENSTAR COMPANY POLICY

  • Charges – Our charges are transparent, quoted when you book a job and clearly shown on the back of invoices 
  • Invoice – A VAT invoice will be produced for each job
  • Guarantee – Workmanship is covered by a 12 month guarantee. Any issues that arise from our workmanship that you are not happy with, or believe are not up to the standards you expect, please contact us and we'll get an engineer to rectify the problem
  • Ongoing customer service – We are here to assist you and help wherever we can
