The client initially was focused on fixing the boiler instead of a replacement, so our engineer carried out a diagnostic evaluation to source the issue the boiler was experiencing. Our talented engineer managed to get the boiler working temporarily, but the boiler still needed additional replacement parts. The customer decided not to continue fixing the boiler at the time but requested a free no obligation quotation for a new Greenstar i boiler.
In late January 2018, the customer contacted us stating that their boiler had stopped working again, our team quickly attended the boiler but noticed that the client had attempted to fix the boiler by themselves. They had taken important parts of the boiler out, and our team were not comfortable working on their damaged boiler as it was now in a very bad state. We explained to the clients that they needed a new boiler if they wanted reliable heating and hot water, after agreeing we revised our quotation and our engineers started installing the Greenstar i boiler the next day.

The durable boiler also has zero risks of pipe freezing in severe weather and temperatures, so it will last for many problem free years for the customer. Our experts also fitted a Worcester comfort 1RF programmer for the client, this product is fitted into the boiler and comes with a separate room thermostat. The programmer allows the customer to adjust their heating temperature, and hot water levels wirelessly away from the boiler for hassle-free usability.
