Glow-worm Energy 18R Boiler Installation

Our engineer serviced the boiler and found a fault that was due to the boiler’s old age, we recommend that the customer would benefit from a new boiler as they wouldn’t experience unreliability in heating and hot water any longer. 

After a quotation of a new boiler from our team the customer happily accepted and we began work on the boiler installation. Our engineer recommended that the Glow-worm Energy 18R would be the ideal boiler as it suited their needs and budget. It’s rated ErP A in energy efficiency to help save money on bills, and its compact size is perfect for the customer’s home. 

We additionally installed a new pump and pump valves to maintain the boiler’s excellent functioning for the client. We also fitted an energy efficient magnetic system filter to the existing boiler controls, to combat system debris and pollutants that may be produced. The last step of our boiler installation was upgrading the customer’s 15mm gas supply pipework to 22mm, to comply with their new Glow-worm Energy 18R boiler. 

The customer is happy with their new Glow-worm boiler that has a 7-year warranty, and they are especially happy with their first-year boiler service being free of charge, due to the special promotion Greenstar are currently offering.
