The customer contacted us to initially service their boiler that was over 10 years old, that we fitted in 2006. As we wanted to make sure our team could save their existing boiler, we reviewed it to find the exact issue. After finding the fault with the boiler, our team recommended that it would be more financially beneficial for the customer to have their boiler replaced.
The cost for new parts and labour would have been similar to the cost of a new boiler, so to ensure no further costly issues, the customer agreed that a new boiler was the most financially viable route. We supplied the customer with a quote with no hidden charges for a Ferroli Modena HE 27C boiler, which was quickly agreed so we started the proceedings of scheduling the boiler installation.
We recommended a Ferroli Modena HE 27C boiler as they are energy efficient, reliable and affordable. The boiler is compact and light, which is ideal for the customer as the boiler will be in their kitchen. As the Ferroli Modena HE is compact the installation process was fast and efficient - much to the customer’s delight! We installed an additional system filter and scale reducer to the boiler also, to prolong its lifetime.
The customer is very happy with their new boiler and that they have reliable access to heating and hot water in their home!
