At the time our client stated that they just needed the boiler temporarily fixed, as a new boiler was not a priority in regards to the other building work that was needed for the property. Eight months later, we returned to the property as the client contacted us to go ahead with the boiler replacement. Once the property’s scaffolding was safely erected our team carried out the boiler installation, and we advised that the Ferroli Modena 27c boiler was ideal for the client as it’s reliable, budget-friendly and will last many years for future tenants. We supplied and fitted the boiler along with a Salus RT510RF programmable thermostat, magnetic system filter and inline scale reducer.
