Our engineers have received extensive training and qualifications to ensure they provide the service we expert for our clientele, this even includes qualifications from the Criminal Records Bureau so your home is safe. 

All Greenstar engineers will wear clean uniforms with our brand logo whilst providing plumbing, drainage and heating services in your home or business. Our team members will also arrive in a recognisable Greenstar vehicle to their service destination. The branded uniform and vehicles are for peace of mind for our customers, to ensure them that who they’re letting into their property is an official member of our team.

Every boilerplumbing, drainage and heating service we provide is quoted at a fixed price. Our invoice charges are transparent and quoted up front when you first book our high-quality services. We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee for every project we undertake, this gives you coverage for your new product and our team's services in those 12 months to any issues it may experience. 

Our complaint procedure

If you have a complaint about our company we want to hear about it, so our team can do their best to rectify the issue. We take the complaints we receive very seriously, our team strive to provide the best service for every customer, and they are more than happy to quickly return to any project if you feel your brief wasn't fulfilled. Most complaints can be resolved informally, contact us by phone, email or by letter for a swift response from our management.
