Boiler Installation FAQ

To keep a boiler in line with their warranty or guarantee that manufacture recommends a yearly service. A boiler service is important to ensure it remains in good working order, and regularly serviced boilers last longer than boilers that aren’t serviced at all.

£69. This is a flat fee across any kind of boiler.

A boiler service usually takes 30-45 minutes. The service may take slightly longer, should the boiler need urgent repair, though this is not common.

Yes. All our engineers are Gas Safe Registered.

The engineer will test the boiler for you and make sure that everything is running smoothly.

Service reports are available from our engineers on every job we work, so you can see the work that we’ve done.

No, a powerflush is not done during a boiler service but depending if you are having issues with the system we may recommend one. We also recommend maintenance power flushes every 4-5 years to make sure the system is running effectively and also in line with the manufactures warranty.
